Job description
HallKeen Assisted Living Communities in Washington, DC seeks a Director of Community Relations to drive lead generation, manage conversions, and grow occupancy and revenue through ethical sales and targeted outreach.
You will develop and implement sales/marketing plans, coordinate with executive leadership and the maintenance team, and monitor performance metrics to meet community goals while preserving a positive community environment.
