Job description
The YMCA of the Twin Tiers in Olean, NY seeks a Director of Community Engagement to lead outreach, partnerships, and growth strategies that deepen member engagement and expand program participation.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will build meaningful community relationships, develop strategic campaigns, and represent the Y at events to raise visibility and impact across the region. This role requires collaborative leadership and a proven track record in nonprofit growth.
