Job description
Healthcare Recruiters International (HCRI) seeks a Director of Community Services to provide clinical and operational leadership for a nonprofit serving children and families in southeastern New Mexico. The role oversees multiple programs and leads supervisors and program leadership teams.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, NM licensure (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT), and at least 3 years of leadership in community services.
