Job description
Flagship Pioneering, a Cambridge, MA–based biotechnology innovator, seeks a Compliance Director to build and lead a government contracts and grants compliance program. You will implement policies, training, and monitoring, coordinating with outside advisors during ramp-up, and expanding international operations with scalable standards.
You will partner with Finance, Contracts, and other teams to embed compliance in all processes, ensuring rigorous governance across Flagship and its portfolio
