Job description
Northwest Permanente is seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to lead our program across a multi-specialty physician practice in Oregon. The role reports to the VP of Regional Care Delivery and partners with the CCO to operationalize OIG principles.
You will design risk assessments, develop audit methodologies, and drive corrective actions while mentoring a compliance team and aligning activities with Kaiser Permanente Northwest's standards.
