Job description
The University of Rochester is seeking a Hospital Pharmacy Leader who will oversee inpatient, outpatient, and clinical services across URMC and its affiliates in Rochester, NY. You will supervise pharmacists and leadership staff to ensure safe medication management and regulatory compliance.
Lead development of policies, manage budgets, and drive service expansion and automation initiatives to advance patient care and safety within a large academic medical center.
