Levy, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Concessions for Michigan State University Athletics to lead daily concessions operations across game days, including staffing, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
You will develop menus that balance quality and profitability, mentor supervisory staff, and monitor sales and costs to meet budgets while ensuring health, safety, and sanitation standards in partnership with event operations.
