Job description
Peconic Land Trust in Southampton, NY seeks a Director of Conservation Planning to lead the Planning Department, manage complex land protection projects, and coordinate with landowners, communities and public partners. The role requires 6–8 years in conservation, 3+ years in leadership, and strong communication skills.
The position is hybrid, full-time, and reports to the VP of Conservation Programs. Attendance at meetings in the evening is expected.
