Ourclientisafamily-ownedconstructionmanagerandgeneralcontractorbuildingmultifamily,build-to-rent,townhome,andretailprojectsacrossNorthernColoradoandtheFrontRange.Foundedin2018,they'vegrownfast—BTRandtownhomecommunitiesinGreeley,FortCollins,andColoradoSprings,plusasteadyrunofretailworkincludingmultiple7-Elevenbuildsand Starbucks.
Thisisabuild-itrole,notamaintain-itrole. Thepersonwhotakesitwon'trunoneproject—they'llownconstructionacrosstheentirecompany.Youreportdirectlytoownershipwithnolayersinbetween,andyoubuildthesystems,standards,andproject-managementbenchthecompanyrunsonasitscales.

Productivity,schedule,cost,andqualityoneveryactiveproject—you'retheseniorpointofaccountabilitytoownershipandtoclients.
Subcontractorbuyout,selection,andperformance.Themajorityoftheworkisdeliveredthroughtradepartners,somanagingbuyoutandholdingsubstoscheduleandstandardisthecoreofthejob.
Clearingtheobstaclesthefieldcan'tresolveonitsown.
Theteam
Leadanddeveloptheprojectmanagementandfieldorganization—PMs,superintendents,projectengineers.
You'llstartwithasmallgroupthatneedsaleadertotakethemtothenextlevel,andyou'llbuildthebenchasnewprojectsstart.
Inputonhiringandstaffingdecisionsalongsideownership,withdirectpersonnelauthorityexpandingovertime.
Systemsandtechnology
StandardizeProcore-basedworkflowsacrossallprojects—reporting,documentation,RFIs,submittals,changeorders.
UseDroneDeploy(and360unitwalkthroughscomingonline)forremoteprogressverificationandqualityoversight.
Establishtheoperatingrhythmsandreportingcadencethatgiveownershipreliable,near-real-timevisibilityonschedule,cost,quality,andrisk.
Preconstructionsupport
Contributetoestimatingandcompetitivebiddingastheybuildoutbiddingcapacity—ameaningfulpartofhowthiscompanygrows.
WhatOurClientIsLookingFor
7+years inconstructionoperations,projectmanagement,oroperationsleadershipwithaCM/GC—includingmanagingsubcontractorsandmultipleconcurrentprojects.
Proventrackrecordonsubcontractorbuyout,schedule,budget,andquality .Multifamily,build-to-rent,andtownhomeexperiencelinesupbestwithwhattheybuild;ground-upretailexperienceisastrongcomplement.
Experienceleadingmultipleprojectsandteamsatonce ,acrossbothsmallandlargejobs.
Procoreproficiency (oracomparableplatform)andrealcomfortrunninganoperationthroughtechnologyandremotereporting.
Leadershippresencethatearnstherespectofexperiencedsuperintendentsandsubcontractors.
Preconstructionandestimatingcapability.
Experiencebuildingorscalingaproject-managementorganization.
Multi-marketorgeographic-expansionexperience.

Scheduleandquality: projectstrackingtooraheadofschedulewithproactiverecoveryonslippage,andconsistentqualitystandardsenforcedacrosstheportfolio.
Systems: standardizedProcoreworkflowsactuallyadoptedbytheteams—notjustdocumented.Areliable,accuratereportingcadencetoownership.
Team: thePMorganizationstable,supported,andstrongerthanyoufoundit.Readytostaffnewprojectstarts.
Compensation
Basesalary: $150,000–$175,000,dependingonexperience
Bonus: performance-basedstructure
