Foresight On-Site (FOS) is seeking a Senior Leadership Team to lead our rapidly expanding Semiconductor Fab C4 licensed construction company. These are new positions adding key leadership to the company to enable FOS to rapidly grow from 100+ to over 300+ staff over the next 2 years. Foresight Technologies is the parent company and is the global leader in manufacturing high-purity systems for the largest semiconductor equipment OEMs in the world, bringing lower cost, higher quality, and production scale directly to the Fabs. With over 1000 staff, our Arizona and Penang production plants bring more expertise and a lower cost structure in high-purity plumbing and chemical equipment, giving FOS a major advantage over other piping contractors.

Foresight On-Site (FOS) is transforming semiconductor construction, and we're looking for an exceptional executive to help shape what's next. As one of the industry's fastest-growing C4 licensed semiconductor construction companies, we're building a senior leadership team to support our next phase of growth; from more than 100 employees today to over 300 in the coming years. Backed by Foresight Technologies, a global leader in high-purity manufacturing with more than 1,000 employees across Arizona and Malaysia, you'll have the opportunity to lead an organization uniquely positioned to deliver innovative construction solutions for the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers. Foresight Technologies is a leader in manufacturing for Fab-scale Hi Purity Water systems, Valve Boxes, Chemical Distribution systems, Chemical Containment, and large amounts of prefabricated piping spools to speed up Fab Construction while reducing cost.

Reporting directly to the President of Foresight's parent company, this executive provides leadership across project management, field operations, staffing, customer relationships, quality, safety, and operational excellence.

This position will drive continued growth while maintaining Foresight's reputation for exceptional quality, customer service, and technical expertise in semiconductor piping systems and related process utility construction.
