Job description
Cart.com is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement in Groveport, Ohio. Based at our largest Groveport facility, you will partner with site leaders and clients to drive process excellence, productivity, and client satisfaction across fulfillment operations.
You will lead Lean initiatives, develop standardized procedures, and build business cases for improvement opportunities, working with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations to deliver measurable results.
