Job description
Soules Foods seeks a Continuous Improvement Director to lead the enterprise CI model across Tyler, Valley, and Gainesville plants. You will quantify losses, develop glidepaths, and align CI initiatives with the P&L in partnership with Operations and Finance.
The role reports to the CFO, with a cross-functional team and travel to support plants as needed. Based in Tyler, TX with flexible hours across shifts.
