Regal Rexnord is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Director for the AMC Segment who will drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with site leadership to deploy CI principles, develop leadership capabilities, and translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps.
The role emphasizes coaching leaders, facilitating Kaizen events, and achieving measurable safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while traveling up to 75% as needed.
