People Inc. is seeking a Director of Conversion Strategy to drive the onsite and in‑app conversion roadmap, from visitor to subscriber. You will lead cross‑functional teams and own experimentation to maximize revenue growth.
The role requires 10+ years in growth marketing, deep experience in newsletters, apps, and paid subscriptions, and hands‑on use of Piano, Digioh, and related Martech platforms. Hybrid work in NYC with some remote flexibility.
