Job description
Parts Authority seeks a Director of Corporate Finance to lead FP&A, capital structure management, and stakeholder reporting in a fast-paced PE-backed environment. You will partner with the CFO, sponsor deal team, and the board to drive the value creation plan and growth.
This hybrid role requires on-site work at Lake Success three days per week and a track record in LBO modeling, debt refinancing, and M&A integration.
