Job description
The Parts Authority is seeking a Director of Corporate Finance to lead financial planning, capital structure management, and sponsor reporting. This role partners with the CFO, sponsor deal team, and the board to drive value creation and ensure liquidity and growth in a fast-paced PE environment.
The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years of finance experience, strong modeling skills (LBO/M&A), and a track record of producing board-ready materials. MBA/CPA and PE exposure are highly preferred.
