Prepare and present board and sponsor reporting packages, including KPI dashboards, covenant compliance analysis, and variance commentary

Lead financial due diligence and integration planning for M&A transactions, including post-close synergy tracking

Own cash flow forecasting and working capital management to optimize liquidity across the business

Develop and track value creation plans (VCPs) to drive long-term EBITDA improvement

Support the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors, lenders, and sponsor finance teams

Drive process improvements and build scalable financial infrastructure to support rapid growth and exit readiness

Build financial models supporting scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic decision-making for the executive team

Qualifications

8-12 years of progressive finance experience, including experience in a private equity-backed or PE portfolio company environment

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred

Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development strongly preferred

Strong track record building board-ready materials and presenting to sponsors, lenders, or boards of directors

Advanced financial modeling skills, including LBO, M&A, and scenario modeling
