Job description
Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX, seeks a Director of Critical Care to oversee inpatient critical care units, daily operations, and budget projections. The leader will ensure efficiency and safety across invasive and non-invasive procedures, drive quality improvement, and coordinate with nursing, respiratory, lab, and pharmacy teams.
The role requires ACLS/BCLS and RN licensure, with 3+ years in critical care and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
