Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Arkansas seeks an RN Director of Critical Care to provide strategic and operational leadership for designated nursing departments with 24-hour accountability. You will oversee staffing, budgets, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance while championing professional growth and evidence-based practice.
The role requires an RN license, an associate degree, and 5+ years of RN experience with 2 years in leadership. BSN preferred with BLS/ACLS certifications.
