Job description
THG Beauty is seeking a Director, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to own the end-to-end customer journey. You will architect retention strategies across email, SMS/MMS/RCS, app push, web push, and direct mail while aligning loyalty programs with commercial goals.
You will lead a talented CRM team, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure privacy compliance in a fast-paced D2C environment across THG Beauty and Dermstore.
