Job description
AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing to accelerate usage and engagement for our API-first offerings. This remote US role leads a new function, partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to drive time-to-value and long-term customer growth.
You will design scalable lifecycle programs, define metrics, and build a high-performing team to increase product adoption and consumption across enterprise customers.
