Job description
AssuranceAmerica seeks a Director of Direct-to-Consumer Sales to lead the contact center strategy, driving auto, renters, and commercial insurance sales to individuals. Build a sales-driven culture, set targets and incentives, and partner with licensed agents to optimize conversions and revenue.
This role will manage multi-site or remote teams, ensure regulatory compliance, leverage CRM and analytics, and travel up to 50% to McAllen, TX for hands-on leadership and program alignment.
