Job description
Client, a DFW-based leader in D2D sales, seeks a business-building leader to own the D2D sales engine from recruitment to performance analytics. This field-based role focuses on building a robust multi-manager structure and scaling a high-volume D2D operation with ambitious revenue goals.
You will report directly to the Owner/CEO, shaping strategy, training, and accountability across teams to reach $15M in 2027 and $20M in 2028, with base compensation of $150k and substantial upside.
