Job description
GreatAmerica seeks a strategic Director, Data Analytics & Insights to lead enterprise analytics, customer insights, and data products. You will partner with executives to define analytics strategies and create scalable data capabilities that drive growth and operational excellence.
You will oversee dashboards, governance, and a high-performing analytics team, delivering measurable business value and building a data-driven culture across Product, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
