Director of Data Analytics
Monroe, Connecticut – Full Time, Hybrid position.
A global sports nutrition and nutraceuticals company specializing in performance supplements for athletes and fitness consumers is hiring a Director of Data Analytics to lead analytics strategy across marketing and enterprise systems.
Benefits
Salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Three to six years of experience in marketing analytics or digital data science.
Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for data modeling and extraction.
Experience with BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Hands on experience with NetSuite reporting and SuiteAnalytics.
Responsibilities
Lead analytics strategy across social media, digital marketing, and NetSuite.
Build predictive models for segmentation, lifetime value, and campaign performance.
Develop dashboards and automated reports for performance insights.
Oversee data governance and integration across CRM, ERP, and marketing systems.
Deliver clear insights and recommendations to marketing and executive teams.
