Job description
We are partnering with a high-growth infrastructure business seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and delivery of large-scale digital infrastructure projects.
This role will combine project delivery, commercial negotiation, technical coordination, and partner management across a growing portfolio of compute and mission-critical infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex digital infrastructure projects from early-stage site evaluation through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
Oversee site planning, electrical infrastructure, cooling, connectivity, civil works, and associated delivery requirements.
Structure and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and strategic partners, including service levels, capacity commitments, delivery milestones, and performance terms.
Select and manage key technology, equipment, engineering, and construction partners.
Own project budgets, schedules, risk, quality, and delivery performance across the portfolio.
Work closely with engineering and development teams on grid connection, metering, protection, energization, and site readiness.
Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and ensure projects remain aligned with commercial and operational objectives.
Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience across data centers, digital infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, modular infrastructure, or other complex infrastructure environments.
Proven experience taking projects from concept through construction, commissioning, and operation.
Strong commercial capability, including negotiating complex customer
