Job description

Capital One Software is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own the end-to-end demand engine for our SaaS platform. This remote leadership role drives integrated campaigns, data-driven planning, and accountable pipeline, partnering with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and more.

You’ll lead a scalable growth engine, champion privacy-aware analytics, and continuously optimize messaging, channels, and ROI across geographies.
