Job description
Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Life Guidance Director to implement the company’s dementia-care philosophy within the Life Guidance neighborhood.
You will lead and supervise LG staff, manage daily programs, onboard new hires, and coach teams to deliver high-quality care 24/7. You will work closely with the Community Sales Director, Engage Life, and Culinary Services to ensure engaging resident experiences and compliant operations.
