Job description
Stevens Institute of Technology seeks a Director of Design & Construction to lead the department from planning and design through construction, inspections, move-in, and closeout. You will supervise Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and coordinators, coordinating with SIT divisional leadership on capital needs.
The role requires building strong project plans, defining scope and budgets, and guiding teams to ensure adherence to audit requirements and deadlines.
