Job description
REAP is seeking a Director of Development to lead fundraising and external communications from its Portland-area office. In this role you’ll oversee donor appeals, grants, sponsorships, and annual campaigns, while partnering with the Executive Director to cultivate high-level relationships and drive strategic revenue growth across programs.
You’ll manage systems for tracking, reporting, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, support a culture of transparency, and represent REAP at events
