Job description
Lee Health seeks a Director of Development to lead fundraising strategy advancing our mission to improve community health across Southwest Florida. This role oversees major gifts, annual giving, campaigns, and donor stewardship to support hospitals, outpatient centers, and community programs. The Director will build and manage a high-performing team, deepen relationships with donors and community partners, collaborate with clinical and executive leaders, and ensure alignment with Lee Health’s patient-centered, not-for-profit values while driving innovation, measurable growth, and philanthropic impact.
