Job description
Best Buddies International in New York, NY, seeks a Director of Development to lead regional fundraising, sponsor relations, and recruitment marketing for the Best Buddies Challenge: New York. You will recruit and manage sponsors, develop large ride teams, and drive participant growth while tracking revenue and commitments.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in development or nonprofit fundraising, strong CRM experience, and a proven ability to hit sales targets.
