Job description
WSP USA seeks a Technical Director to lead DfMA and construction innovation for major building programs. You will drive product-based design and kit-of-parts approaches, advancing digital tools, BIM, and data-driven decision making across multi-disciplinary teams from concept to construction.
Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in architecture/engineering, strong DfMA experience, and leadership across large portfolios, including data centers, aviation, rail, or industrial sectors.
