Job description
Aston Group seeks a Director of Dietary Services to lead all dining operations in a Florida healthcare facility. You will oversee meal preparation, service, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high‑quality dining experiences and adherence to internal standards.
You will plan and serve regular, modified, and therapeutic diets using our corporate menu program, supervise dietary staff, manage budgets, and drive nutrition care across the resident population.
