Job description
Ruggable is seeking a commercially‑driven, analytical Director of Digital Merchandising to lead the global shopping experience. You will architect the storefront, ensuring precise product presentation with commercial intent and a strong brand narrative.
You will manage a Site Merchandising team across NA, AU, and EU storefronts, partnering with Product, UX/UI, Growth, Analytics and Marketing to balance storytelling with conversion‑driven shopability and revenue growth.
