Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Director of Digital Products to shape post-purchase experiences across warranty, service, and self-service. You’ll drive mobile education, AI-guided guidance, and enterprise workflows, partnering with design, engineering, and AI teams to deliver measurable value.
You’ll lead roadmaps, MVPs, and Agile delivery while mentoring product managers and aligning initiatives with business goals, customer needs, and long-term growth across our 60+ brands.
