Job description

The Elms Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center of Cranbury is seeking a Dietary Services Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures for the dining program, in compliance with regulations, and to monitor monthly expenditures.

This role supervises all dietary functions and personnel, oversees food purchasing, production, and timely meal service, and leads sanitation and cleanliness efforts while presenting at client meetings. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
