Job description
Northern Illinois Transit Authority (NITA) seeks a Deputy Director or Director, Office of Disability Policy and Planning, to lead disability policy across the CTA, Metra and Pace region. You will shape ADA compliance, accessibility programs, and fare policies, while coordinating with Service Boards and external partners to ensure equitable transit access.
