Job description
Neurocrine Biosciences in San Diego seeks an experienced leader to oversee lead discovery biology platforms, integrating assay development, cellular/biochemical SAR assays, and SPR/biophysical approaches to support early portfolio programs.
You will lead a laboratory organization, ensure robust, scalable workflows, mentor scientists, and drive collaborations with chemistry, protein engineering, translational science, and automation to deliver high-quality pharmacology data.
