Job description
Performance Team, Cedar Hill, TX, is seeking a Facility Head to lead end-to-end warehousing and distribution operations. You will manage the facility P&L, oversee shipping/receiving, packing, inventory, and VAS, and drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7–15 years in transportation/warehousing, experience with drayage, and strong lean, financial, and leadership capabilities. Competitive pay and benefits offered; on-site position.
