Job description
CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services) seeks a Director of Professional Development to lead training across the ECED division, including Head Start and UPK programs. You will coordinate coaching, calendar management, and budget oversight to support staff development and program quality.
You will oversee data systems (Teaching Strategies Gold, Aspire, ChildPlus), monitor compliance training, and collaborate with the PD team on agency-wide learning initiatives.
