Hiatus is seeking a Director of Education to lead and refine all learning and development across our day spa and med spa network. This role involves building scalable training programs, overseeing onboarding, and driving educational initiatives that align with business goals.
The Director of Education will partner with Operations, HR, and leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences, consistent standards, and measurable performance improvements across multiple Texas locations.
