Job description
Hiatus, a Texas-based Day Spa & Med Spa brand, seeks a Director of Education to lead all learning initiatives company-wide from our hybrid Texas locations. You’ll oversee onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing education to improve guest experiences and financial performance.
You will build scalable training programs, partner with operations and HR, and measure impact with dashboards to drive retention and growth across 11 locations.
