Job description
Alpha is hiring for a Director of Parent Relations to own the private-school family experience across Miami, San Francisco, or Los Angeles. You will shepherd UHNW families through admissions, retention, and advocacy, turning them into public champions of 2 Hour Learning.
Leading high-stakes relationships, you will resolve escalations, maintain the educational model, and document precedents for network-wide use. This is a full-time on-site role requiring evening/weekend events.
