Job description
MRINetwork is seeking a Nurse Director of Emergency Services for a rural hospital in the Southwest. This permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to influence staffing, patient flow, workflows, and team development as ED capacity expands.
The successful candidate will lead clinical operations improvements, work closely with hospital leadership, and shape the next phase of Emergency Services while keeping the patient at the center.
