Job description
Alliant Credit Union in Chicago, IL seeks a Director of Employee Relations & HR Compliance to guide employment law, ER governance, and HR policy strategy. You will work with legal to ensure compliant practices and advise HR leaders across the employee lifecycle in a hybrid work setting.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in employment law, employee relations, or HR compliance, with 3+ years of people management and a relevant degree; SHRM-SCP or SPHR is preferred.
