Job description
Spire Hospitality is seeking a Director of Employment & Labor Compliance to lead the company’s strategy for federal, state, and local labor law compliance across all managed hotels in the DFW market. This onsite role partners with HR, Legal, Operations and General Managers to embed compliant practices in hiring, scheduling, pay, leave, safety and conduct.
The role requires 8+ years in employment law or HR compliance, multi-state experience, and hospitality knowledge; JD/PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP
