Job description
Dizario Search is actively seeking a Director of Engineering & Maintenance for our client, an industry leading industrial manufacturer, located in Cleveland, Ohio. In this position, you will oversee all engineering & maintenance operations for the entire site, which include: capital project budgeting, preventative & predictive maintenance scheduling, continuing education, and new product & process launches.
Responsibilities:
Develop maintenance training programs for both hourly and salaried staff.
Work with the engineering management team to establish KPI's for the team.
Manages plant Capital Expenditure budget and oversees project management activities for both engineering & maintenance.
Maintain CMMS for maintenance personnel and ensure proper training for new team members.
Implement RCA to eliminate failures and downtime.
Utilize Lean manufacturing practices to streamline business practices and effectiveness.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
10 (+) years of engineering management, specifically in an industrial manufacturing setting.
Previous automotive, automotive component, steel, or industrial manufacturing experience is required.
Previous experience managing a certified: ISO:14001, IATF:1694, or related field required.
Experience in heavily automated and robotics focused facilities.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering is required.
