Job description
Performance Team in the United States is seeking a Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities to lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities programs across multiple distribution sites. You will report to the Head of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities and ensure reliability, capacity, and performance of infrastructure and automation.
The role manages budgets, capital projects, vendor relations, and safety, quality, and operations goals.
