Job description
The University of Delaware is seeking a Director of College Facilities Planning to lead planning, renovation, and management of the College of Engineering facilities. You will oversee a diverse team, coordinate with UD Facilities, M&O, and EHS, and drive strategic space planning to support teaching, research, and operations.
Responsibilities include budgeting, design review, and ensuring safety compliance across ~332,000 square feet of facilities on campus and leased spaces.
